Pa Rum Pa Pum Pum

Hello everyone:

I just love the "Little Drummer Boy" his sweet gift to the baby Jesus just shows us that it is not what you buy or who can get the largest most expensive present. He was on the right track. The gift of music from his little drum is the sweetest gift of all time.

I had fun in my creating station creating these Christmas cards.

Then I decided to go ahead and create some more cards.....

These stamps can be found at High Hopes Stamps....here is the link:
Have a super wonderful crafty day,

Cute Card Thursday...GLITTER ME SILLY

I made this card for the CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE No. 86
"Glitter Me Silly" and this little penguin is silly lol.

This little penguin was RAKed to me by a friend on Lilscrappers http://lilscrappers.ca/ and I decided to use him for this fun challenge. Hop on over to "CUTE CARD THURSDAY's" Blog and join in on the fun.

I used the Stickles Silver glitter to jazzy up the matt paper, I used glittery ribbon with shimmery snowflakes and glitter bling brads. The Penguin is outlined with the Sakura clear glitter pen for an embossed look.

Have a wonderful crafy day,

Santa's Helpers - Kraftin Kimmie's Challenge

Wow have I been having fun with these images. One of the ladies on my scrapbooking forum was so kind to RAK me these cute lil Elves. Here is what I created with them.

I used a variety of papers on these cards. I bought the paper pack at Michaels over a year ago. The punches are Martha Stewart.

I am submitting these little elves to Kraftin Kimmie's Challenge...we are to use circles. I haven't used circles in a long time, thanks Kimmie this was a fun challenge.....

SHADOW BOXES

I found a new passion....SHADOW BOXES...

I have always wanted to Scrapbook on the wall and I did try one year only I found the frames to not be suitable for bulky embellishments.

So now at Wal-mart they have these Shadow Boxes for only $20.00 Cdn. My wonderful Fella who is an amazing Daddy to his two beautiful daughters wanted me to create scrapbook pages for his wall. This morning, that is just what I did. While my DD is still recovering from that nasty flu and I have a respiratory infection I took time to create.

I used the Fancy Pants, "About A Boy" papers and did I even have fun with these. The photos were taken by me in the summer and the boxes were purchased by my Fella.

So here they are without further ado......

By the way that is a real frog. She wanted to take it home and was upset about leaving it behind. She carried this frog around for three days. Then she found a toad and they kept each other company in a barrel. Kids are so funny.

Have a wonderful scrappy day....

CHRISTMAS CARDS

I have been very busy in my creating station making Christmas cards. Yes I know it is far too early but a few friends have suggested a card swap for treats. I thought this was a great idea. I provide them with Holiday/Christmas cards and they provide me and my kiddies of course, I need to share, with baked goodies.

I used a variety of Basic Grey papers for these cards and this is just some of the 24 cards that I whipped up these last few days. Now I am off to get homework done.

Tonight I am working on a scrapbook page shadow box for my Fella.

Have a wonderful Sunday.

A Birthday Card for a Young Lady

Hello everyone: My house has come down with the "bug." Don't know which one but when I took DD to the clinic and myself on Monday, they told me she had a flu virus and I have a lung infection. Boy do my lungs hurt..they actually burn when I cough or breathe in deep. Aha..but that does not stop me from making cards. I created over 10 in the last few days...no bug is going to keep me down and out LOL>...

This card was custom made for my Fella's DD upon his request. He took his sweet 11 year old shopping to the Eaton Centre. If you know Toronot, well that is every girl's dream to shop with stores such as: Ambercromie, Hollister, Blue Notes, West 49, American Eagle and Aeropostale. Whatever happened to shopping at the GAP? That was my fave lol....

So here is the card that accompanied a fun shopping spree for her......I heard she cha ching!!!!

More random cards

This card was created with Fella in mind. He is always being so supportive of me.

This card was made for one of my BFF's. She is such a strong lady and I wanted to let her know that I am there for her as much as she has been there for me. We are both going through stuff right now.

I custom created this card for my neice who wanted to show that she cares to one of her friends who sadly has been diagnosed with breast cancer. I have met this lady and her mom has scrapbooked with me. I heard that the prognosis is good so let's hope and pray for this lovely lady. Here is a pink ribbon card that I am hoping to create for my local hospital next year, as well as some Autism cards. October is Breast Cancer and Autism Awareness month.

This one was just random. I wanted to try a black and white card...so here it is.

Playing with my Quickutz Revolution... created this neat card sentiment and another too.
